at the Well of Mystery Gathering Our Medicine Many indigenous cultures of the World believe that each individual is original medicine, nowhere duplicated on the earth. Never has it been more important to bring one’s creative spirit, life dream and unique voice to the planet. Not to do so precludes healing from com-ing into our selves, families, communities and the world’s dream. We are constantly enticed out of the body, the pharmacy of infinite remedies and resources for being human. The body is available to the ancient wisdom of the past, and freshly pre-sent to vital new ways of perceiving. Embodied wisdom is what is needed now. Your unique medicine comes through in every breath, gesture and creative offering you bring to form. The world needs your medicine now! This is an invitation for women between twenty and forty tracking this compelling time in life. Through inquiry, movement, meditation, discussion, storytelling, writing, creative proc-ess, dreams, sharing and silence, we will deepen and land in the place of belonging, out of which all offering can arise – the body. Join Penny Allport, Creative Explorer and Passionate Tracker of Life’s Courageous Journey, in an eleven-month exploration of what it means to be human at this time on the planet. Women at the Well of Mystery 2010 This year long gathering will begin again in January 2010. Women between the ages of twenty and forty are invited to meet once a month on Sunday afternoons to explore and inquire together the mystery of being human on the planet at this potent time. Each month offers an embodied practice of awareness for daily living and time to integrate, deepen and reflect in a group of pioneers on the edge of discovering what it means to be a Women at the Well of Mystery. This period in our lives is considered to be a time of "gathering medicine". This class is an opportunity to land, deepen and integrate in the body all that you are gathering. Our unique medicine is in every gesture, breath and creative offering we bring to life. The world needs your medicine. Two retreats are optional during the year to deepen and rest in the arms of Mother Nature at Penny's Dream Lodge on the Sunshine Coast. The explorations are based in Penny's twenty-five years of inquiry and sitting in the well of mystery with women of all ages. 2010 dates to be announced. Call as space is limited. Gatherings take place in Vancouver. (Sunshine Coast group will meet one evening per month.) Class begins January 2010. One Sunday per month from 2pm to 6pm. Vancouver location TBA. "Penny
